Beverly is the heart and soul of Aqua Vino. To know her is to love her. She truly is one of the reasons we have so many of our valued customers coming week after week to enjoy a delicious meal.

On the very, very rare occasion she is not in the building it is surely felt. The atmosphere, the aura, the personality of Aqua Vino is not the same. So we are thankful Beverly practically spends every waking hour trying to make the restaurant a more delicious, more comfortable, and more friendly atmosphere than it already is.

Beverly has the unique ability to make every single customer feel like family. Beverly embodies Aqua Vino's mission statement "Growing our family one plate at a time."

Trish the Dish is the workhorse of Aqua Vino. Her hard work, dedication and commitment to dining excellence has helped take Aqua Vino what it is today. Trish has been with us since day one in 2007. She knows her customers and knows her business.

When she is not waiting on customers with her warm and heartfelt attentive services, she is coordinating, setting up and pulling off some of the most enjoyable beautiful and delicious parties in our upstairs banquet facility.

Trish is kind, funny and truly enjoys what she does. She makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable.

Mike, the Godfather of Utica cuisine, is the chef that every local knows, the chef who cooks the most delicious consistent food and the chef who is well known for his famous meatballs and the best greens in Utica.

Mike has been turning on local taste buds since he was fifteen years old with the old world cooking methods he took from his Grandmother and Richie Scamardo. Since setting out on his own in 1998, the locals have been following his delicious cuisine, before settling into Aqua Vino in 2007.

Michael Geno's expertise leads a team of the finest staff to produce delicious food and a wonderful dining experience. Whether you are coming in for an evening out, quick lunch or special event, sit back, relax and let your taste buds soar!
